In this small group session you'll be using our low impact rowing machines and airdyne bikes for cardio HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) intervals and blend strength training routines in between sets. It's a perfect length of time for those people on the go! Burn some calories and re-energize for the day. The consistency of the 30 minute workouts is where you see results. Doing one 30 minute workout every 2 weeks will not do much, but stay committed to coming twice per week and yes, 30 minutes will completely change your body and the way you feel.
For those of you that like the extra challenge, you might enjoy the 60 min option of K-Fit HIIT which also includes a stretching routine at the end.

All memberships are on autopay. Monthly plans are on auto renew every month. If you select the quarterly plan, your plan will renew every 3 months. For the annual membership, you will be charged upfront for the full annual discounted price. Upon the completion of the 12 months, the membership will automatically shift to month to month (at the same discounted rate).

This is the ultimate semi private small group session for those looking for a low impact, high intensity workout. You'll be taken through 1 hour (or 30 min) of full body strength training, core training and cardio training. In the session you'll be using our water rowers along with the airdyne bikes to give you max calorie burn and more importantly an organic high dose of endorphins! Participants alternate between rowers, airdyne bikes and strength training throughout the workout. Guided by 1-2 trainers to make sure you have the most effective workout ever.

The K-Fit HIIT (formally known as K-Fit Experience) is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout incorporating functional and core training with weights along with water rowers and airdyne bikes for a low impact, full body cardio. Since you'll be working in a small group setting, our trainers will be able to focus on you and your form so you can avoid injuries and maximize results.
Both the bikes and water rowers provide for a low impact workout that's suitable for young, old, fit, unfit, small or big. The workout is strategically designed in a way where you can take it at your own pace within the allotted time for each interval set.
