New Client Onboarding
Thank you for choosing us! We are looking forward to some amazing workouts together.
In order to make it official, please submit the following:
1.) Payment info
2) Membership Agreement Form
Once we have those two forms completed, we can send you the login info, so you can schedule workouts right on the website under the "Book Workout" tab.
The billing cycle usually starts on the 15th or the 1st of the month. Any memberships that start in between those dates will be prorated accordingly.
If you need to change anything prior to the end of the billing cycle, please let us know, otherwise, the software will keep you on the same membership.
Usage example: The Upgrade plan includes 8 sessions per month. You are free to use it anytime between the billing cycle (month). If you go over the 8 sessions during the billing cycle, the software will add the extra session(s) at the individual rate.
Cancellation Policy:
Please be sure to cancel any scheduled sessions within 8 hours if you know you're not able to attend, otherwise, the software will deduct from one of your sessions. If you’re on the Premium (unlimited) plan, there’s a $15 fee for any no shows. If it’s an emergency, please let one of the staff know and we can work with you.
