Our intention is to provide a personal training feel within the group sessions. When you join, all of our coaches receive detailed insight into your needs, limits, and how to encourage you. This personalized approach has given each one of our members tremendous accountability, leading to massive success. We've been doing it for the past 13 years.

*All memberships are on autopay. Sessions may be used at any time during the billing cycle. Monthly plans are on auto renew every month. Quarterly plans auto renew every 3 months. For the bi-annual membership, charges are done upfront for 6 months at the discounted price. Extra workouts beyond the allotted sessions are charged based at your individual rate according to your specific membership.
FIRST MONTH NEW MEMBER SPECIAL:
There's a 15 min intro prior to your first session. Please contact us to reserve your spot beforehand.
Studio Fee: $99/year
Your studio access fees support our efforts in providing you the BEST possible experience - studio maintenance & facility upgrades and member's only events.. The fee is charged after your initial 30 day trial, and charged each year on the anniversary of your joining date.
