K-FIT EDGE

Strength • Movement • Confidence

STRONGER STARTS HERE.

K-Fit EDGE is a strength and movement program designed specifically for middle and high school students.

Through age-appropriate strength training, balance, coordination, core work and conditioning, we help young athletes—and non-athletes alike—build the physical foundation that supports sports, everyday movement and growing bodies.

But EDGE is about more than getting stronger.

It's about learning how to move well, building confidence and developing a positive relationship with fitness that can last a lifetime.

THE EDGE METHOD

01 BUILD THE FOUNDATION

STRENGTH + MOVEMENT

Learn proper movement patterns while developing strength, balance, coordination and body control.

02 COACHED FROM THE START

LEARN IT RIGHT

Good habits start early. Coaches teach technique, provide individual feedback and adjust movements to each student's ability and experience.

03 CONFIDENCE THAT CARRIES OVER

STRONGER BEYOND THE GYM

Progress isn't only measured by how much you lift. Learning new skills, seeing improvement and becoming comfortable with your body builds confidence that carries into sports, school and everyday life.

PROGRESS YOU CAN MEASURE.

WHO IS EDGE FOR?

ATHLETES WELCOME. ATHLETES NOT REQUIRED.

01 YOUNG ATHLETES
Build strength, stability and movement skills that support performance across sports.

02 KIDS FINDING THEIR STRENGTH
Not every kid connects with traditional team sports. EDGE gives them a supportive place to get stronger, learn movement and build confidence at their own pace.

03 BUILDING FOR WHAT'S NEXT
For students who simply need a stronger physical foundation as they grow—whether that's for sports, recreation or everyday life.

Different abilities. Different goals. One supportive team.

CONSISTENCY BUILDS THE EDGE.

EDGE runs in structured seasons, allowing coaches to progressively build skills, strength and confidence over time.

Students train with the same coaching team and familiar group each week, creating consistency, accountability and an environment where coaches truly get to know each participant.

MISSED A SESSION?

If space is available in another EDGE time slot, students may use that session as a make-up.

SAFETY FIRST

Movements are coached and adjusted based on each student's ability, experience and readiness.

NEW TO K-FIT EDGE? START HERE.

Every new EDGE student begins with an introductory session before joining the program.

This gives our coaches a chance to meet your child, establish a baseline for their movement and fitness, maturity and coachability, and make sure the group environment is the right fit for them.

It also gives your child a chance to experience K-Fit, meet a coach and get comfortable with what to expect.

Our goal is simple: make sure every student entering EDGE is ready to participate safely, confidently and successfully.

Completion of an intro session is required for all new students and does not guarantee acceptance into the EDGE program.
