Too often, young athletes are pushed to keep grinding without first addressing the real issues: muscle imbalances, poor movement patterns, or underdeveloped stabilizing muscles. The result? Rising injury rates—especially among young girls—not from lack of effort, but from lack of smart supplemental training.
That’s exactly where K-Fit Edge comes in.
This isn’t just another workout. It’s a progressive, youth-specific strength and mobility program designed to help middle and high schoolers move better, feel stronger, gain confidence—and most importantly, reduce the risk of injury.
Whether your child is already competing or just starting their fitness journey, K-Fit Edge meets them where they are.
Led by expert coaches Katie Cromie and Cat Lewis, and designed by Kendrick Ribeiro, a 20-year fitness veteran who has worked with elite athletes including D1 standouts and 2x Olympic triathlete Manny Huerta—this program teaches the foundations of strength, core, and mobility in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Kids will build full-body coordination through core-integrated lifts, functional movement drills, and controlled strength work using a variety of tools like resistance bands, TRX, dumbbells, medicine balls, and strength cardio equipment like Airdyne bikes, SkiErgs, and more.
No heavy lifting. No 1-rep max tests. No pressure to “go big.”
Just smart, guided progress with an emphasis on:
- Mobility
- Stability
- Strength
- Injury prevention
- And FUN.
Pricing Options
*All memberships are on autopay, except drop-in. Sessions may be used at any time during the billing cycle. Monthly plans are on auto renew every month. Quarterly plans auto renew every 3 months. Extra workouts beyond the allotted sessions are charged based at your individual rate according to your specific membership.
