(Hobbies, hidden talents, or quirky facts welcome!) Pickleball, pickleball and more pickleball…oh, and I love to cook too
3. What’s your favorite healthy food? I try to eat healthy most of the time…whole foods, nothing processed, mostly vegetarian. But I do love something sweet at the end of the day—for me, that signals the end of dinner.
4. What’s your favorite (or least favorite) workout move? I have a love/hate relationship with the bike.
5. What motivates you to keep showing up, especially on tough days? I feel so lucky to have the energy and good health to allow me to show up and feel good every day. I have to say, I don’t really have days that I don’t want to show up.
6. What advice would you give to someone just starting out at K-Fit? Make friends with the people you work out with—they will hold you accountable if you’re not feeling it. And it’s so nice to show up to the studio and workout with friends.
7. How has being part of this trio (and the K-Fit community) impacted your life outside the gym? After working out together for so long, we have developed a really fun friendship outside the studio. We’ve taken some fun trips together and support each other in both good times and times of struggle. We are so lucky!

C. Took my rowing from the K-Fit Machines to the San Francisco Bay
3. Fav healthy food: Chia Pudding
4. Fav workout move: Farmer’s Carry
5. What motivates you to keep showing up, especially on tough days? I always feel better when I move! And I like my clothes to fit.
6. What advice would you give to someone just starting out at K-Fit? Work towards consistency. Just show up and do the best you can on any given day. Don’t expects results overnight!
7. How has being part of this trio (and the K-Fit community) impacted your life outside the gym? I love working out with Ann and Kelsey- they certainly keep me accountable and highly entertained. They are dear friends! The KFit community absolutely ROCKS. I can drop into any class, and even if I don’t know anyone, I enjoy the friendly and fun vibe.

Kelsey Porter

- Share 3 fun facts about yourself.
(Hobbies, hidden talents, or quirky facts welcome!) I love gardening (sometimes I overdo it), hiking and my absolutely favorite thing to do is to laugh! Whether it's with family, friends, people I meet on the street or my K-Fit co-"workerouters", it just brings me shear joy and more often than not, gives me the same feeling I have when I finish a great workout (endorphins anyone?) - What’s your favorite healthy food? Hmmmmm....my favorite healthy food is plain Greek yogurt with granola and fresh fruit.
- What’s your favorite (or least favorite) workout move? Favorite move: Bulgarian Split squat (it's a booty buster and builder!) Least Favorite: Battle Ropes (I know it's so good for me but it knocks me out!)
- What motivates you to keep showing up, especially on tough days? The feeling I have after a good workout (again, endorphins anyone?) is priceless. It is more than just the feeling I have in my body. It ALWAYS positively sets my mind for the entire day!
- What advice would you give to someone just starting out at K-Fit? Baby steps! Start with a class, make small goals for yourself each time and most importantly, enjoy the amazing coaches and people around you. You'll find yourself making bigger and bigger goals over time in this positive atmosphere. This is a special place!
- How has being part of this trio (and the K-Fit community) impacted your life outside the gym? I feel so lucky to have met such amazing life-long friends at K-Fit. Both of these amazingly strong women inspire me everyday to do the best I can in everything I do. While we love our time working out together, the adventures we've shared outside the gym enjoying restaurants, travel, music and time with our families have been incredible.
