All we need to get started is:
1.) Membership Agreement & Payment Form (main thing here is that we require a 30 day notice for cancellations, but it does not apply to your intro month).
Once we receive your completed form, you’ll be able to book workouts anytime through our website under ‘Book Workout’ using the same login from your intro session. Memberships officially start on the 1st or 15th of the month. If you begin in between those dates, any sessions prior to your start date will be charged individually at your intro rate. Here’s how your sessions work:
Whether you’re on the Basic Plan (4 sessions), Silver Plan (8 sessions), or Premium Plan (12 sessions), you can use your sessions anytime during your billing cycle. If you exceed your plan’s session count, any additional visits will be billed at the individual session rate. Please cancel any booked sessions at least 8 hours in advance if you can’t attend—otherwise, it will count toward your total. If you’d like to make any changes before the next billing cycle, let us know; otherwise, your membership will automatically renew.
