LIFT: Our Lift zone builds functional strength that goes beyond the gym, helping you move efficiently and feel strong in daily life. Our trainers meet you where you’re at, making adjustments or turning up the challenge when the time is right.
CORE: In the Core zone, we target your abs, lower back, and hip stability to help improve posture and ease those nagging aches, building a solid foundation for your entire body.
CARDIO: We turn up the heat in the Cardio zone with a mix of steady-state and interval training to elevate your heart health and boost VO2 max. Featuring the industry’s best low-impact machines—the SkiErg, Airdyne Bike, and WaterRower—this cardio session is gentle on the joints but powerful in results.

Starting a new workout can feel intimidating, but you’re in good hands with the friendliest workout tribe in the Bay! Bring a positive attitude and a smile, and you’ll feel right at home. Our coaches are here to ensure you ease in without overdoing it, gradually ramping up your workouts over the first month. This approach helps you build cardiovascular endurance safely while minimizing the risk of injury. We’ll even adjust the session length as needed in your first month. Gracie: Kendrick's K-FIT HIIT is an amazingly effective and efficient workout. In 50 minutes, cardio intervals will get your heart rate up, and strength stations will hit all major muscle groups. Kendrick varies the exercise every day to keep everyone on their toes. It's all what you put into it- you can move more slowly if you intend to use it as a warm-up for a run or you can burn it up and have a solid workout for the day. Either way, it's a great use of your time. Plus working out in the company of other gals lightens the load!
Susan: Where would I be without Studio K-Fit? The studio is accessible with easy parking with great hours. Having a quick hour workout that focuses on strength and cardio is fantastic. Kendrick is a SWEET drill sergeant. I keep coming because it works and he is supportive.
Jennipher: I have been working with Kendrick for a year and a half and my life has truly changed. I am 40lbs lighter went from a size 14 to a 4! I was one of those gals looking to drop that baby weight so started running. Kendrick has trained me through my first half marathon and less than a year later my first marathon. He has helped me through some injuries and has taught me how to avoid injury.
The classes are small enough to get personal attention from Kendrick but big enough to get that great group experience. We are all a team in class and cheer each other on. The classes are a great mix of beginners and veterans and still are challenging for everyone.

Helene: I've been doing the small group classes for over 5 years now. As a runner I find it a great way to work strength training into my routine in a fast, fun way. I have definitely seen an improvement in my conditioning as a result of the class.
