They’ll do just about anything to earn one—stay focused, complete their tasks, and stay on track. It’s wild how something so simple can build habits like discipline and consistency.
Little did I know... the same thing works amazingly well for adults in their 40s and beyond!
Back in February, during our Cardio Challenge, we witnessed something special.
It wasn’t just our biggest spike in participation, weight loss, and referrals—we also raised over $12,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. And what kicked it all off?
A sticker board. That’s right. Stickers.
But as Jim Rohn once said:
"What’s simple to do is also simple not to do."
The magic isn’t in the complexity. The magic is in showing up for the simple stuff, over and over again, long enough to activate that powerful force called the Compound Effect.
Here’s the thing:
Some of you created incredible momentum during that challenge. And I believe we can use that momentum—what I like to call Mo-Mo—to help you hit your next goal.
In my 20 years of coaching, I’ve seen this over and over again—real, lasting transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one small, repeated habit at a time. That’s why I want to challenge you to start tracking one habit you want to shift. Just for a week. That’s it.
Because the people who track their workouts (or at least have them on their calendar)… they get results.
Not because they’re better, more disciplined, or have more time--
But because they’re aware. And awareness leads to action.
So, what’s one area in your life that needs a little TLC right now?
Is it your eating habits?
Your workout consistency?
The time you spend with family?
Meditation? Screen time? Spending habits?
Pick one. Write it down. Track it for 7 days.
If you don’t notice any changes… then hey, come find me and tell me about it.
Here’s the simple formula:
👉 Pick an activity
👉 Build a daily habit
👉 Celebrate the small wins
👉 Ride that dopamine wave
👉 Let momentum carry you
👉 Watch lasting change unfold
And remember--you don’t have to track forever. Once the habit takes root, you’re good. But if you ever feel off track, just go back to the basics and start tracking again for a few days. It works like a charm.
There’s nothing to it but to do it.
Stay Charged. Anchor your Focus where it matters. Protect your Peace. And keep moving—every day.
